Furtastic Dog ships products from our warehouses around the world, in the United States, Singapore, Europe and China. Sometimes the product you ordered can be sold out at your nearest warehouse and are then shipped from another warehouse. But the shipping time would be the same. We work closely with reliable suppliers around the world to provide our customers with high-quality products at competitive prices.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically take between 10-15 days. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the product ships.

Furtastic Dog offers a 30-day, risk-free money-back guarantee for any products that are not satisfactory. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@furtasticdog.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Returns or exchanges sent without first contacting customer service will not be accepted. 

If a product is delivered damaged or defective, you must send us a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect in order for a replacement to be issued.
